I wanted to share my TOP 3 TIPS to fall asleep when you’re not ready to hit the bed but know you should! 👌🏽
1️⃣ Use DEEP SLEEP MUSIC (It helps the body to relax and calms down an overactive mind. There’re amazing playlists on Spotify and YouTube) 🎶 .
2️⃣ Write a TO-DO LIST for the next day (It helps to ensure you’re not going to forget certain tasks & reduces your stress level and frees your mind up for sleep) 📝
3️⃣ Keep the ROOM COOL (I find lowering your core body temperature helps induce sleep, so try lowering your thermostat. It should be low enough that it feels cooler than room temperature, but not so low that you’re shivering) 🌬
